Tragic. Thousands of children are falling through the cracks of bureaucracy that is supposed to help and protect them. No family or socioeconomic level is immune from the scourge of child abuse/neglect. USA may be a world leader in many areas, but we do little to help those that have no voice or choice. IMHO

There is no punishment severe enough for these ... rodents
