Our bank is partnering with a financial literacy app that uses training with games to teach finance to users and offers certain rewards (like gift cards) for completing training and earning points. Basically, our logo is included on the app, and users put our code in to sign up. Any customer can use it, and it's not connected to their bank accounts.

Are there any regulatory issues involved with this that I'm not seeing? I feel like it's fine, but I wanted to put this out there since we've never offered something like this before that has rewards attached.

That sounds like a cool idea. Could you share the app name?

make sure the data they collect is secure, know what data they are collecting/selling to others. know who is responsible for any tax forms should the customer go over the limit, advertising requirements on logo/in app
