We are having trouble displaying the EHL house logo in an email template. So, Marketing has just entered the words "Member FDIC. Equal Housing Lender" in the footer. It's my understanding the logo (little house) is required. Can someone please confirm?

I had a semi-similar question ages ago when the FI at the time wanted to do the tiny doghouse (size of the written font) with "Equal Housing Lender" to the side of the logo. Lots of the larger banks at the time were doing it, and Marketing wanted to do the same. Long story short, it ended up coming to risk acceptance.

OCC Banks don't have a specific requirement, so just the language is fine from what I understand, but for other Regulatory regimes, using the legend/logo is technically required.
