Our Reg. CC policy provides next day availability for check deposits. In reviewing our wire transfer policy, it states that we only send wires from collected funds. The questions is, are we violating Reg. CC if we refuse to send a wire on the day after a deposit (given there is no hold on the deposit)? In reality it takes a couple of days to actually collect on the check, but since our Reg. CC policy is next day availability are these two policies in conflict?
