Is there a notice requirement to change the bank name by the FDIC?

Our state has provisions for changing the bank name that rather simple.

Only the name will change, then only to a shorten version of its whole name. It will not
change the structure or policies or anything regarding the daily operation, just a name change.

Yes - Contact your EIC unless you have another contact. Not sure how anyone can find you using "Bank Find" if you are operating under another name.
