Is anyone finding that their document provider is supplying standard verbiage that can be used (or be a starting point) for disclosing overdraft services, or is it common that the document provider will not supply any verbiage and we're on our own? I'm intentionally not stating here who our provider is, because I want to see how they compare to their competitors.

Well, I think you are going to have to describe what you mean by overdraft services and then if any vendors are actually named, this needs to go into the Private Forums.
