One of our customers fell for a scam that involved using his MC debit card to purchase airline tickets in the scammer's name. Once the transaction went through, the scammer cancelled the tickets with the airline and received a credit. Our customer called the airline with no resolution. Of course the customer wants to be refunded, however he did purchase the tickets willingly. Anyone know the rules on this one?

THe purchase was fully authorized. Buyer's remorse is not a valid Regulation E claim.
