I'm not in HR but this question was posed to me.

Are there any restrictions on where we can advertise job openings? The specific question was posting an opening with a local Chamber of Commerce who will share on there website and Facebook page.

Not that I am aware of, as long as you meet all employment advertising requirements as a Federal contractor.
