We have an insurance check payable to John and Jane Doe and Jane Doe Rev Trust. Does all or part of the check get deposited into the Trust account? Can it be split between parties?

If the check is properly endorsed, the holder my do whatever they want to do with it. Determining the proper endorsements is the key. That would be impossible without a copy of the trust agreement. If this is a large amount, get your legal counsel involved.
