I understand if we want to send an AAN to a consumer account, we have do ESIGN before we can deliver the notice to the consumer.

My question is: for business purpose loans, can we email adverse action notice to business purpose loan applicants ?

It still requires an agreement to receive such notices electronically, it just does not require demonstrable consent.
