Does anyone have any knowledge of Illinois state law regarding mergers? Or where I could find information on Illinois state law and mergers? A bank in Illinois is merging with us (we are in Indiana) and I am trying to find information on whether the Illinois branch will follow Illinois state laws or Indiana, since the main branch is located in Indiana.

I appreciate any help with pointing me in the right direction!
