1. We have an RSSD for our Bank Holding Company, it is registered with the address of the Corporate office of our Financial Institution.
2. We do not have an RSSD in our Financial Institution's name using the Corporate office location.
3. The Corporate Office of our Financial Institution is a building directly behind a branch that has it's own RSSD.

For Financial Institution Filing information on SARs and CTRs, should we use the holding company name and RSSD since it has the correct address, the branch RSSD and put "Corporate office" with the "Corporate office" address, or do we need to file for an RSSD for the Corporates Office using the name of the Financial Institution separate from the Holding Company's RSSD?

Each Transaction Location(part III) needs it's own RSSD number, along with your Contact Information(Part IV). If this happens to be one of your transaction locations, the the number would be the same for parts III & IV.

My thought would be if these two things have a different address "3. The Corporate Office of our Financial Institution is a building directly behind a branch" then you would need two different RSSDs.

I had an issue with numbers getting switched around because our main office address wasn't listed as such, but another branch. Hopefully finally got it squared away!

On a related note, we have been waiting to be assigned RSSD numbers for a branch opened in 2019 and one in 2021.
FDIC & state regulated bank. My CFO doesn't even know how to follow-up. Any ideas?

Have you checked the RSSD website for the branch's you are still waiting information? Once the Y10 form is filed for a new branch, the number is generally issued the next business day.

If it's been that long, something is amiss. Have someone in your institution reach out to the Federal Reserve. They issue RSSD numbers. You could start with someone in the accounting or wire transfer or CFO areas as they generally have the most frequent communications with Fed representatives.
