Hello, we are closing a loan on vacant land which required TRID. On the loan estimate the survey fee was estimated at $1,200 which is a normal survey fee here. When the invoice came in and now we are ready for closing disclosure the fee came in significantly higher $5,100 due to the difficulty of the survey. The seller is paying for the survey. What do we due in this scenario, if out of the 10 % percent tolerance are we response for it even though the seller is paying? They also used someone that is not on our WSPL.
