Does anyone know if there is a specific form needed for short-term rentals?

Is there special treatment under USPAP - not sure about that, but I have seen arguments that it would be more closely associated with a commercial appraisal, since the property includes both real and personal property to support the income generated and most residential appraisers are not trained in that aspect of appraising. .

Yes it is regarding a commercial appraisal. We cannot find an appraiser willing to conduct an appraisal and one mentioned because of the form needed. I cannot find what special form is needed as we have done these in the past and it has never been an issue.
