From a regulatory standpoint, not that I am aware. Is there special treatment under USPAP - not sure about that, but I have seen arguments that it would be more closely associated with a commercial appraisal, since the property includes both real and personal property to support the income generated and most residential appraisers are not trained in that aspect of appraising. .
