What is required for an Alternate Risk Rating form for a Consumer Loan?

Any context on what this is or when it is used? I'm unfamiliar.

It is given to the customer when you run a credit report. We can't give them a copy of the credit report so we have to give them a copy of the risk rating document which gives them their score.

What does a RPB notice have to do with an internal policy if not giving them a copy of the credit report. Most lender will not give them a copy, but you are not prevented from doing so. A RBP notice is a required disclosure if you RBP your loans.
