Does anyone use another financial institutions ATM's to service customers outside of their assessment area? If so, do you include these in your branch and ATM service analysis?

We contract with another institution to use their ATM's to service our customers without them being charged a fee to use the ATM in areas right outside our AA's.

Only if the ATMs accept deposits

I used to work for a bank that owned its own statewide ATM Network along with a couple other banks and (GASP) a few credit unions. Most of the machines in the network actually did allow for deposit taking at each others machines. I would let the examiner know of the network, locations and features but I never included any volume analysis. I only made them aware to get some credit under the "services" test. They never asked for additional information.
