I am reviewing a marketing piece for a certain loan product and it states that "closing costs will vary but they typically range from 3% - 6%". Does this trigger the additional reg z disclosures?

Assuming some or all of these are finance charges see 1026.24(d)(1) Triggering Terms - Comment 4
