We have an MLO hired by the bank in the last 8 months. The NMLS shows the employee has an active Florida state license/registration. Is the Employment field and Office Location field required to be completed with the bank's name and a bank office address on NMLS?

Doesn't seem required since the MLO has an active state license.

Are you a bank? How can a bank employee maintain a State license and why would you allow it?
