We have a loan on a property in Florida. There is a main house and a detached garage with living quarters above the garage.
We currently have flood policies on both the house and the garage with the living quarters.
The borrower is requesting not to renew the flood insurance on the garage since the living quarters is more than ten feet above the ground level.

I believe we have to continue coverage on the garage and living quarters. Am I wrong?
