We have a dispute where customer was trying to rent from a rental place and paid by paypal. His emails were intercepted so had the wrong paypal account (very similar email). While he authorized the transactions, due to his email being intercepted, they went to the wrong person. Would you file this as authorized or unauthorized?

If he, himself sent the transactions, they were authorized, even if he was duped..
