Is the FDIC insured logo required on Fee Schedule that we provide to customers and potential customers? Thanks!

Unlike a rate sheet (which is definitely an advertisement) a fee sheet arguably doesn't meet the regulatory definition of an advertisement (Da Rule)... at least not in my book. That is, it is not "a commercial message, in any medium, that is designed to attract public attention or patronage to a product or business." I don't know of any fee list that solicits patronage. wink

So if push comes to shove, you have a valid argument that it isn't required. BUT! When possible, I avoid push and shove arguments with examiners. Criminy, it is easy enough to include, and then you have no worries. Cheap insurance in my book (my book has a lot of chapters). laugh FWIW, it is on my bank's fee sheet.
