I am not aware of the regulators publishing inflation adjustments for 12 U.S. Code § 5113. The penalties under that section of the USC would be the least of your worries anyway. Why any bank focuses on individual statures when it comes to penalties is really a waste of time. The regulators just pull out 12 USC 1818.
