We are originating a loan with property in a high risk flood zone. The seller will transfer existing flood insurance to our borrower. It is my understanding that a completed and signed Transfer/Policy Assignment Endorsement form is acceptable documentation. Would a completed Endorsement Application Statement also be considered acceptable?

What is an "Endorsement Application Statement"? Never heard of one and a search of the FEMA NFIP site does not result in any hits.
