Does esign have to be followed to allow for the delivery of an ATM receipt by email? Given the regulation only requires the receipt to be made available and the customer would have the option to select printed receipt I believe this complies with the regulation given it is made available in written form.

If you are giving them the option to print a receipt at the terminal, any other option that you might offer is just gravy on the potatoes.
