The state of IL now requires a journal be kept (Public Act 102-0160). However, the statute refers you to the Secretary of State administrative rules. So far I have not found anything on the website. The only handbook available was published om 2012 and states there is no requirement to keep one.

Does anyone know where I can find the official verbage on what is required in the Journal? We received an email from a vendor, but wanted official wording.
