Quick Question on whether we should file a SAR or not; just looking for opinions.

Client claims approx. $2K in ATM withdrawals made against his account that he did not do. In possession of his debit card. Withdrawals were PIN based....possible that his card was skimmed.

No suspect, less than $5,000 - would a SAR be warranted in this situation?

No. You have no suspect anyway which means $25,000.
