Can some of you please share the monitoring controls your bank has in place to mitigate Redlining risk?

Plot all of your loans on a map and see where they fall? Is your penetration equal in high minority and underserved areas compared to your peers?

In addition, DON'T stop at your assessment area. AA's are a CRA topic. Redlining belongs to ECOA and FHAct, neither of which recognize an assessment area. Look for areas that you might have loans which border on Majority-Minority tracts.
