We ran an FIS ChexSystems request today for a new customer wanting to open an account. Under the "Account Actions" portion, where it usually says "Accept" or "Review" it says "Unable to respond, please see QualiFile History for further information. Our new accounts staff, even ones with 20+ years experience, have never seen that. Are any of you familiar with that?

PS: I have seen this, but it was many years ago, I believe we called ChexSystems. and got an answer. This was prior to the purchase by FIS.
