Is there any regulatory guidance out there for opening a CD online? I can't seem to find anything. We open deposit accounts online, so I don't think there will be an issue, but I wanted to ensure that we cover anything related to CDs. Help?

Not sure what regulatory issues a CD would present over any other deposit account as long as you can deliver the required TISA disclosures before the account is opened.
