Husband & Wife came in, together, to open CD w/ cash needing CTR. Do I file Part I on both as "Person conducting transaction on own behalf" and stop there?

OR am I needing .....6 Part I. That seems a bit ridiculous to need two a, two b, two c....that cannot be correct. I've tried to read several things to figure it out. My brain hurts when I cough today.

One part I with item 2a checked for H and one for W with box 2a checked, with the same account number and dollar amount on each and the dollar amount on Part II make it clear to FinCEN that they "co-conducted" the deposit in one account and they are co-owners of the account.

Thank you both. I was thinking way too hard on that one apparently.
