Does anyone have a sample question flow that a loan originator could utilize to determine joint intent/consent that i could see?

Most application have a spot for the joint parties to initial if it's joint credit. Usually right at the top.

First look at a 1003 or other current credit app used for joint loans, then compare what you're seeing there to your app to see how close you are. If you're not using standard applications, you can create something separately that is either completed by the applicants, or by the originator if it's not a mortgage loan with that on the app and it's not done in person.
