I need some clarification for what is required when we advertise loan products on our marquees. Are there any exemptions to the requirements like there is on the deposit side under 1030.8? While we can put all of the necessary disclosures on there, but the customer will not be able to read it due to the marquee's resolution. Would it be enough to state the rate for the auto loan (which is what we are running), including what APR stands for, have Member FDIC, EHL logo, bank's name, offer is subject to credit approval, some restrictions may apply, and please see inside for details?

Have you read 1026.24? Also, if you cannot read something, it is not disclosed.
