An application was reported with the Action Taken of 2-Approved-not accepted. All was going well until just before closing when the applicant was told they would be required to pay their outstanding property taxes at closing with some of the proceeds. They refused and canceled the closing. We checked again later, and the taxes were still not paid. With this being more of a refusal to comply with a closing condition, are we okay with reporting the the application as we did? Note there was no AAN created and sent. Thanks!
