2. a manufactured home constructed after that date and that doesn't bear a HUD cert label is a dwelling for HMDA but not a manufactured dwelling and should be coded at 1?
3. to be coded as a 2-manufactured dwelling it must be build after June 1976 and bear a HUD cert label?
