At the time of closing, a construction-permanent loan did not have a 911 property address. However, prior to submission the construction was complete and a 911 address was assigned. Would still report NA since the 911 was not issued prior to closing or would I report the 911 address since it was known prior to submission. The address is on the final inspection appraisal report and updated flood and insurance documents.
