We are aware of the necessity to have an unsubscribe option on emailed marketing advertising, but are we required to provide opt-out language on written/mailed advertising?

No - unless doing prescreened offers or your state law addresses it.

Well, you have to provide them with the FCRA opt-out on all prescreened offers.
