Is it okay to receive only an electronic copy of an executed/recorded Deed of Trust from the Title Company for our official record? Or do we need to get that original, wet-signed (recorded) copy back? With the world going digital, we're looking to accept the electronic copy back for our official document.

You should be asking your legal counsel this question.
