We are working on putting together a "Business Checking" ad together. At the bottom of the ad where they listed the addresses to all the branches they included the LPO's address. Since LPO's don't accept deposits shouldn't that address be taken out of the ad?

I'd take the LPO out of the list of branch addresses for this one.

I don't have a cite to back that up - it's more a function of customer service. Do you really want folks to potentially go to the LPO thinking they can open a deposit account? Taking the address off the ad may lessen that hassle.

The risk is, you have a staffer at the LPO who tries to provide above & beyond service, and innocently offers to open the checking account right there. Now you're doing branch business but you never applied for permission.
