Do any of your institutions send comment letters on proposed regulations? Has anyone commented to the proposed OFAC rule regarding the release of information, such as the name of the entity involved, when proceedings result in either civil money penalties or informal settlements?

I write comment letters all the time to proposals. It is the only way we can get our voice of reason heard - and believe it or not- it sometimes works.
