I agree that the Email Education is great. I have received up to Day Four. I just started yesterday, so I don't know what day we are on. Should I have received Day Five already?

What an ingenious idea. I have been using the different meeting forums at my bank each week to do mini training sessions on Check 21 as to not overwhelm or cause information overload for anyone. This will certainly compliment my efforts. I have asked different folks to sign up for the daily email and to share and coach their direct reports on the information contained. Again...this is a great way to disseminate information. Please continue to use this with other topics.

The way this works, you receive one lesson per day, every calendar day until you've received them all. If you signed up on 8/20, for example, you would be on lesson 5 five days later. Someone who starts today (the 24th) will receive their first lesson today. The lesson you receive on a particular day will depend entirely on when you signed up. It starts with lesson one and moves on one day at a time.

Mary Beth, I started on day one. I received day 1, 2 and 3. Our IT people did an upgrade to the system over the weekend and now the daily lessons are not coming in. I enrolled again yesterday and received day 1 again and nothing else. I think there is some filter blocking these emails coming in from BankersOnline. What can I do to get the daily lessons I'm missing? I don't want to miss out on this great offer.

You second that it is great, you missed a lesson or both? If it is the latter, let us know.

Andy,
Several posters have asked questions regarding some of the content of the training, but those questions are unanswered. I have a question as well, but want to post it where I can receive a response. Is this thread a better place to ask a question than in the Check 21 froum as a stand-alone question?

Bear Collector,
Mr. Check 21, John, set up a new thread just for that purpose. If anyone has a question that is driven by those materials, please post it there.

To help us out, please mention in your post exactly which lesson(s) you are asking about.

Other Check 21 questions can just be asked in the threads as usual.

Hello,

I just got back in the office after a few days off and realized that I am missing Day nineteen of the course. Can this be e-mailed to me? Thanks. P.S. - getting really good feedback on the course from the employees who are taking it

Hi, still didn't get day 19, but got day 22 three times, and another employee got day 19 five times? Is there something set up to report problems like this other than the threads? Thanks.

If you are missing a lesson (or two), please send me an email at john@bankersonline.com

Provide the email address at which you are receiving the course lessons, and the specific class emails that you've missed.

I will provide you a means to obtain the missing lesson(s).
