I am a compliance manager with well versed staff in lending, CRA, BSA, deposits,etc. I have been given the task of developing a monitoring program for our trust department and subsidiaries which include a broker-dealer, investment sub and an EBT management sub. This is far beyond the immediate knowledge pool of staff and me. Can anyone recommend a consultant who could work with our bank to develop monitoring processes, and teach us to use those processes to monitor all fiduciary activities within our bank and our subsidiaries?
Such a daunting task, and so little to go on.
