I am looking for a simple internal routines and controls questioniare/procedures. The FDIC examination guidelines use to have a great questionaire to ask employees regarding their internal routines and controls responsibilities, but there is no such questioniare as of their new manual. Does anyone have simple procedure outlines for employees or a questionaire to give employees for them to complete regarding their internal routine procedures. Thanks.
