I think my favorite movie is Major League. Favorite actor probably would be Tommy Lee Jones or Robert De Niro. Favorite actress - Sandra Bullock.

I'm not really much of a movie buff though.

There is a severe lack of geeks in the BOL community... it makes me sad.

1: Too many choices, but... Lord of the Rings: Fellowship. Hunt for the Red October.

2: Sean Connery, Claudia Christian (Babylon 5, I know... not a movie)

High Noon and the African Queen are two that immediately come to mind. Casablanca is a third.

No explicit sex scenes, no vulgar language, just very good acting and a good story. No needles pushed into peoples brains, no graphic blood splattering on the walls, no body parts flying in the air.

I am not a prude and can swear like a trooper when necessary! I just think movies from that era are far better than today's genre.

Well Fraudman...something we finally agree on....the classics were that CLASSICS! No f's or GD's needed ...just good acting and a strong story. On TV now days you can hear 6 cuss words before 9:00PM almost every night. Something needs to change.
