We have educated our employees on the biased media slant such as that offered by the Consumer Union and prepared them for the type of questions they have already encountered and may again receive in the days ahead.

Anonymous Unregistered	Ann - this is an EXCELLENT letter - thanks for sharing it. Is there any source that this letter becomes available to "save" as a pdf, so that it can be shared with staff. This one is protected - is this letter on the ABA web site and available for public?
