Where can I find information about the rules of ACH credit to a certificate of deposit?

Your depositor's contract most likely prohibits additional deposits to a CD. I don't think it would be prohibited, but most banks do not allow ACH to access their CD account base. You don't want someone taking debits - that's for sure
