Please give my thanks to Lucy for her articles on Solving Common Violations. The articles are so informative, easy to share with staff, compliance committee and audit committee, and great to file for quick reference. I look forward to her covering the rest of the regulations.

Again thank you.

Opinions and requests are mine not my employer.

Maria, I agree with you completely. I have been in awe of Lucy G. for years and have always respected her opinions and regulation knowledge. I always felt I could trust her and couldn't go wrong if I followed her advice. Oh my, I think she is my compliance hero!

I would agree!! Lucy is one of my idols in the "wonderful world of compliance"!! Her vast knowledge (and the fact that she shares some of it with BOL) is much appreciated!!!!

Me too! Lucy is great! And by-the-way, Lucy , are you going to be at the Alabama Bankers Consumer Compliance Seminar in Birmingham in September?

Because of this post, I went back and looked at the Solving Compliance Violations and ended up printing them all.

Yes, thank you, Lucy.

THANK YOU! You've made my week.

Yes, I'll be in Birmingham at the Alabama Bankers conference. We have some new and interesting sessions planned, including a sort of new approach to common violations. See you there -- or somewhere else.
