Does HOEPA cover 2nd mortgage loans on a consumer's primary residence? How do you pronounce "HOEPA" anyway?

Yes, 2nd liens are covered. Only purchase, construction, reverse mortgages and HELOCs are not. I pronounce it "Hoe - E - Paw." Don't say Hoe - Paw as that is the PMI rules. Don't you love this stuff?!
