I have kind of been pushed into auditing in our bank, coming from the loan processing department. I have NO experience in the ACH area. Now I am told we are supposed to have an ACH Audit completed by December 1st. Our bank has never really completed one before - so I have nothing to refer back to. They gave me a copy of the Self-Audit Survival Guide - but everything is so foreign to me I have no idea how to complete it. I've never heard of RDFI or ODFI??? Is there any guidance in plain english of what I am supposed to be doing? Thanks for any help!
