Can you round up the annual percentage yield on a media print ad to 2 decimal places? example: 3.0446 to 3.05? Or does it have to be three or four decimal places? The actual certificate uses 4 decimals.

The APY can be rounded to 2 decimals, however 3.0446 rounds to 3.04, not 3.05 (you round using only the digit immediately following the digit to be rounded).

Except that 3.05 would most likely be within tolerance
