That is a screenshot of the Today screen of my PocketPC. I am using an iPAQ 3975 now. This is great! (I've used a Palm and a Handspring in the past.)

The Today screen is like the desktop on your PC. It defaults there and on the PPC you can customize it with different bits of info such as a calendar, schedule, shortcuts to programs, etc.

In this case I tried to mirror some BOL colors and the logo. It isn't difficult to customize now that I am getting into it. This could be family pictures, bank logo, etc. There are thousands available now with pictures like your PCs desktop and corporate themes.
